When did you last feel truly happy?
I am a very happy person, and people are often intruiged by this and want to know how I do it.
Most individuals seem to go through life on autopilot, pushing down the nagging feeling that something isn't quite right. They seem to feel tired, unfulfilled and demotivated.However, most of the time they decide to ignore those feelings. After all, that's life, isn't it?
Have you ever had a dream and did not follow it, only to wake up one day and realise it's too late? Do you ever look back and say to yourself "if only "?
Do you feel that circumstances control you, rather than you controlling the circumstances?
